As an AC & Refrigeration Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a comfortable environment by ensuring the efficient operation of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems including guestroom units, chillers, walk-in freezers, cold rooms, and ventilation systems.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC controls, compressors, fan coil units, and thermostats.
  • Maintain refrigerant levels, replace parts, and ensure proper operation of systems.
  • Support temperature and humidity controls in kitchens, cold storage, and laundry areas.
  • Keep detailed records of all service and repair activities in line with local and Four Seasons standards.
  • Ensure safe refrigerant handling according to environmental regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with HVAC and refrigeration systems, ideally in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong technical knowledge in AC systems and ventilation.
  • Refrigeration technician certification or HVAC license preferred.
  • Familiarity with energy-efficient HVAC practices.
  • Fluency in English is preferred; must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
