Join the Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company as a Supply Chain Manager!
We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee all end-to-end supply chain activities at our Tabuk Plant. You will play a crucial role in ensuring alignment with our corporate strategy while maintaining compliance with GMP/GDP standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Implement the overall Supply Chain Strategy, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage all Supply Chain processes effectively.
  • Develop KPIs while promoting team success beyond just metrics.
  • Identify bottlenecks in processes and recommend optimization solutions.
  • Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Engage actively in the company’s S&OP process and related meetings.
  • Ensure superior service to internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to COGS reduction to enhance financial performance.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent (Master’s preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience, including 3 years in end-to-end supply chain management.
  • APIC’s CSCP/CPIM and/or Six Sigma Lean Green Belt preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP and supply chain management software (*, SAP).
  • Proven ability to manage teams and multitask effectively.
  • Compliance knowledge in Health & Safety, Global Quality, and Regulatory standards.
  • Understanding of GMP and GDP practices and their business implications.
  • Strong negotiation skills for interdisciplinary discussions.

The Role
