As a vital member of our team, the Pool Technician will ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the resort’s pools and water features.

Responsibilities include:
  • Conducting daily testing and adjustment of pool water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) to ensure water safety and clarity.
  • Inspecting, cleaning, and maintaining all pool systems, including filters, pumps, heaters, skimmers, and drains.
  • Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on pool equipment and systems.
  • Monitoring water features and fountains throughout the resort for consistent flow and appearance.
  • Ensuring safe chemical storage and handling in compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pool maintenance or water treatment, preferably in a hotel, resort, or spa environment. Strong knowledge of pool filtration systems and water safety regulations is required. We prefer candidates with certification in pool operation or water treatment.
