Financial Accounts Manager

• Engage in pre-qualification and registrations with potential clients.
• Visit clients to establish rapport and understand their service requirements.
• Achieve specified sales objectives and provide weekly reports to the M&S Manager.
• Prepare proposals and support preparation efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales, particularly within construction.
• Solid understanding of the local market, especially in Jeddah, Makkah, Taif, and Abha areas.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
• Ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Professionally and attractively arrange flower bouquets
• Knowledge of flower types and care methods
• Gift wrapping and flower bouquet packaging in creative ways
• Preparing special orders for occasions (birthdays, congratulations, events)
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Dealing with customers politely and professionally when needed

Requirements:
• Previous experience in flower arranging and gift wrapping
• Good knowledge of natural flower types
• Aesthetic taste and creativity in bouquet arrangement
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during seasons
• Punctuality and speed in performance.
