الوصف الوظيفي: في شركة مصنع حلويات الحياة المحدودة، نبحث عن أخصائي مشتريات متميز للانضمام إلى فريقنا. سيتولى المرشح الناجح مسؤولية تقييم احتياجات ومتطلبات الوحدات التنظيمية من المواد، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مسح للسوق للوصول إلى أفضل أسعار الشراء من الموردين.

الواجبات والمهام الرئيسية:
  • تقييم احتياجات الوحدات المختلفة ووضع أولويات الشراء.
  • إجراء الدراسات والتحليلات للوصول إلى أفضل الأسعار.
  • الإشراف على استلام العروض من الموردين وتقييمها.
  • بناء قاعدة بيانات لأسعار المواد والموردين.
  • إعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتعلقة بالمبيعات.
  • إدخال الفواتير على البرامج المحاسبية.

المؤهلات: بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو نظم المعلومات الإدارية أو إدارة المبيعات. يجب الكفاءة في المحاسبة العامة واللغة الإنجليزية.

الميزات: تأمين طبي، إجازات رسمية، وإجازة أسبوعية يوم الجمعة.
