Job Vacancy: Sales Specialist
We are looking for someone who understands that sales are not just calls but a system of numbers + CRM + managing the customer journey professionally.

Required Tasks:
  • Manage customers through the CRM system with complete professionalism.
  • Accurately record and update all data.
  • Understand the customer journey from the first lead to closing.
  • Analyze the customer's needs (budget - type of property - timing).
  • Organized follow-up and achieving sales targets.
  • Submit weekly performance reports.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience of at least 5 years in real estate sales.
  • Organized personality that relies on numbers.
  • High negotiation skills.
  • Full commitment to the CRM system.
