Responsibilities:
- Supervising the sales team and monitoring their daily performance.
- Ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets according to the specified plans.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase sales.
- Building and enhancing long-term relationships with clients.
- Monitoring the sales process to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer service.
Requirements:
- At least five years of experience in sales, including at least two years in the real estate sector.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market and modern sales methods.
- High communication skills and the ability to negotiate and build relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems is considered an additional advantage.
