We are currently seeking a dedicated Storekeeper to manage the flow of goods and deliveries within our hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and forward all goods and deliveries, ensuring they are logged correctly according to procurement standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Place orders through the online procurement system.
- Control central store inventories and oversee delivery and stock counts.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures, particularly regarding food and beverage items.
- Assist and support Team Members within the Food & Beverage Department.
- Conduct inventory and stock taking, as well as recipe costing for new menus.
- Verify spoilage reports and approve beverage issues.
- Perform yield tests and conduct market surveys for food products.
- Generate food and beverage revenue and cost analysis regularly.
Qualifications:We require a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a vocational hospitality degree along with 5-6 years of experience in a 4-5 star hotel. This role is essential for maintaining efficient operations and supporting the overall guest experience at Rixos Hotels.
