Job Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain a library of sales materials and leads while staying updated on market trends.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer dynamics and potential business opportunities.
  • Engage in sales trips to promote the hotel and develop new clients.
  • Maintain connections with local businesses, airlines, and agencies to drive hotel sales.
  • Ensure promotional materials align with management's high standards.
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Department on promotions to enhance sales.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and complaints alongside Front Office and Housekeeping Departments.
  • Coordinate direct mail campaigns with the Public Relations Department to spark interest in hotel services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a 5-star hotel or similar industry.
  • Demonstrated history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
