Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to support our executive team with comprehensive administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Office.
• Coordinate complex international travel, meetings, agendas, and guest arrangements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Assist in driving pre-opening readiness, including documentation and logistics coordination.
• Support project rollouts related to brand compliance and operational readiness.
• Track action items and ensure deadlines are met.
• Organize high-profile visits and VIP guest engagements.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
• Prepare high-level presentations and reports.
• Manage contracts and supplier communications relevant to Executive Office projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in luxury hospitality.
• Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects preferred.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.

We are looking for a highly skilled Chief Accountant to support the Director of Finance (DOF) in our prestigious Fairmont the Red Sea hotel. This position is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with both local regulations and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Operations & Reporting: Manage daily operations of the Accounting Department including A/P and A/R.
• General Ledger Management: Oversee all entries and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Pre-Opening & System Setup: Assist in financial setup, bank account establishment, and accounting software implementation.
• Compliance & Internal Controls: Enforce controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.
• Leadership & Support: Train and supervise junior accounting staff and act as the primary contact for finance-related queries.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Chief Accountant, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in a pre-opening environment and in GCC markets is preferred.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Archirodon, a reputable leader in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) market, is looking for a dedicated Draftsman (Civil) to join our professional team in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. Become part of a dynamic EPC leader and help us continue our mission in executing complex projects worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development of engineering drafting standards and propose improvements.
• Perform drafting works using CAD systems or by hand when necessary, adhering to project specifications.
• Review and comment on drafting works performed by engineering subcontractors.
• Coordinate combined utilities drawings, design works, and quantity take-offs.
• Maintain drawing accuracy and coordinate integrity across multiple revisions under tight deadlines.

What You Need:

• Drafting Engineering Course (2 Years) or relevant certifications in CAD software with a Diploma in AutoCAD.
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience as a Civil Draftsman.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2022 (2D & 3D), MS Office, Revit, Navis Works.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industrial construction companies and in Saudi Aramco marine infrastructure projects.
