In this key role, you will oversee all kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, maintaining quality and consistency across all dishes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing kitchen staff, providing training and motivation to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety standards, implementing hygiene practices, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Managing food inventory, monitoring stock rotation, and controlling food costs.
  • Establishing relationships with suppliers for high-quality ingredients and managing procurement processes.
  • Conducting menu costing analysis and developing budget plans to achieve financial goals.

Requirements:
We seek a candidate with over 10 years of international experience in five-star hotels and restaurants. Your qualifications should include:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with effective project management abilities.
  • Adept in problem-solving and delivering innovative solutions.
