As the Cluster Executive Pastry Chef, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our pastry and bakery operations. Located within the stunning Red Sea Project, our hotels focus on delivering nature-inspired experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations across various outlets including restaurants and banquets.
  • Develop standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the culinary leadership to align pastry offerings with our culinary vision.
  • Drive innovation in desserts and pastries while ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering an environment of creativity and excellence.
  • Manage budgets and participate in menu engineering to maximize profitability.
  • Engage with guests and gather feedback to enhance their experience.

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in luxury hotels or resorts, with at least 5 years in a senior pastry role.
  • Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts / Pastry & Bakery.
  • Advanced skills in pastry, chocolate, and confectionery.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
