Located in the luxurious Men’s Grooming Lounge within the Life in Balance Spa, you will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives a personalized and relaxing grooming experience that aligns with Miraval's wellness philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional haircuts, beard trims, straight razor shaves, and grooming services.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest expectations.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic grooming environment.
• Support and enhance guest satisfaction metrics through efficient service delivery.
• Assist with special grooming requests and event preparations.

Qualifications:

• Certified and licensed Barber with formal training.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury barbershop or grooming lounge.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and a professional approach.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and following up on the delivery of products and services required by the Resort. You will ensure purchases align with our procurement policies, budget standards, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase products and services as requested by departments.
• Maintain relationships with approved suppliers and obtain competitive quotes.
• Track deliveries to ensure timely arrival.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update system data.
• Assist with inventory management and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons standards and local regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 12 years of purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of purchasing systems (*, BirchStreet) is a plus.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
