Join our serene and transformative team at Miraval The Red Sea. As a Recreation Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our Serenity Center and Body Mindfulness Center. Your role is crucial in guiding guests on their wellness journeys with warmth and professionalism. Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Reception & Support: Greet guests with care, manage bookings, and ensure a pleasant check-in/check-out experience.
  • Operational Support & Flexibility: Maintain cleanliness and organization, coordinate with teams, and adapt to operational needs.
  • Guest Engagement & Experience Enhancement: Foster personalized relationships and guide guests towards meaningful experiences.
  • Safety, Cultural Sensitivity & Environment: Ensure operations follow health protocols and maintain a respectful environment.
  • Cashiering & Reporting: Handle transactions accurately and assist with inventory management.
  • Upselling, Retail & Revenue Contribution: Promote services and products, contributing to overall revenue goals.
  • Team Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with various teams for smooth operations.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a wellness or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting procedures.
  • Proficiency in English, with Arabic being a plus.
  • Experience in upselling services or retail preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong guest communication skills.

General Role:
As Swimming Coach at Miraval The Red Sea, your primary role is to deliver expert aquatic instruction that combines physical conditioning, breath control, and mindful movement. Through personalized coaching and immersive water experiences, the Swimming Coach supports guests in building confidence, strength, and a deep connection to their breath and body in the water. This role inspires guests of all skill levels—from beginners to advanced swimmers—offering transformative sessions that support Miraval’s philosophy of holistic well-being, emotional balance, and inner calm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coaching & Guest Engagement: Deliver personalized swimming sessions for all skill levels, lead group aquatic classes, and emphasize body awareness and mental clarity during swim practices.
  • Program Development & Innovation: Design and implement creative swim programs and stay informed on current aquatic trends.
  • Safety & Risk Management: Perform daily inspections of pool areas and follow health and safety protocols.
  • Operations & Service Excellence: Ensure a luxurious, organized environment and support broader wellness operations.
  • Revenue Generation & Guest Upselling: Promote and upsell swim sessions and wellness services.
  • Guest Relations & Emotional Support: Develop meaningful relationships with guests and support their emotional needs.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work in harmony with wellness teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Professional Development & Brand Support: Engage in training programs and support marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Certified Swimming Instructor, current CPR and First Aid certification, minimum 2 years of experience, and excellent communication skills. Arabic language skills are a bonus.

Fit posture.

Work Environment:
Mostly outdoor and indoor for administrative purposes.
