Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English and Chinese with strong communication skills in both.
• Experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality in handling information.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper bookkeeping for all hotel transactions.
• Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in payroll processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.
• Support budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
• Assist with audits by providing documentation.

Experience & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills; fluency in English is required.
