As part of our Consumer Goods Division, we seek a skilled Translator and Interpreter proficient in English and Chinese to facilitate communication between our Factory Auditors and factory personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translation of Written Documents: Accurately translate audit reports, technical documents, and policies between English and Chinese.
  • Interpretation in Audits: Provide real-time interpretation during factory visits and meetings.
  • Language Support: Assist auditors in understanding Chinese language documents and cultural nuances.
  • Communication Liaison: Ensure smooth communication between English-speaking auditors and Chinese-speaking personnel.
  • Documentation: Maintain records of all translated documents and interpretation sessions.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate professionalism and respect in diverse cultural interactions.

Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in translation and interpretation, preferably in corporate settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field is preferred.
  • Certification in translation and interpretation is a plus.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.
  • Assist with audits by providing documentation.

Experience & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills; fluency in English is required.
