Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking worker to join our online sports shop in Riyadh. The worker will mainly handle warehouse management and deliveries.

Main Responsibilities
• Receive incoming shipments from suppliers.
• Organize and arrange products in the warehouse using barcode system.
• Prepare and pack customer orders (order fulfillment) through our Salla online store system.
• Deliver customer orders within Riyadh.
• Coordinate with shipping companies for deliveries outside Riyadh.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organized.

Requirements
• Hardworking, responsible, and honest.
• Basic knowledge of handling goods and using barcodes (training will be provided).
• Ability to drive and deliver orders.
• Previous experience in warehouse, delivery, or retail work is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: 18002200 SAR per month (depending on experience).

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/card).

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations.

• Assist with stocking, inventory, and restocking supplies as needed.

• Upsell products and promote specials to enhance customer experience.

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training may be provided).

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and driving sales performance at the Philips showroom, while representing the brand’s image and service standards. Key responsibilities include:

 • ✅ Sales Accountability: Fully responsible for achieving the showroom’s monthly sales targets.

 • ✅ Brand Representation: Act as a key ambassador for the Philips brand, ensuring excellent service quality and brand image at all times.

 • ✅ Daily Operations: Handle daily store opening/closing procedures and ensure a clean, welcoming showroom environment.

 • ✅ Sales Execution: Engage with customers, understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and close sales.

 • ✅ Transaction Handling: Manage and record payments for products accurately and efficiently.

 • ✅ After-Sales Support: Provide excellent after-sales service and conduct follow-ups with all Philips customers.

 • ✅ Inventory Monitoring: Maintain and control inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock and timely replenishment.
