About the Growth Specialist Role

Alreef App is seeking a Growth Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This part-time role requires a candidate with a continuous spirit and a strong sense of responsibility, capable of understanding data, improving campaigns, and proposing strategies to increase demand and sales. The ideal candidate will contribute to the company's growth and performance enhancement beyond basic ad posting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct thorough analysis of results, and identify areas for improvement.
• Focus on improving the cost per acquisition (CPA) and increasing the return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Develop and propose creative advertising and marketing ideas tailored for the Saudi market.
• Work on enhancing performance within specific cities and increasing demand in those areas.
• Examine advertising creatives, offers, target audiences, and budgets to identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify competitive marketing opportunities.
• Provide concise and clear reports on advertising performance and actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

• 0-1 years of practical experience in advertising and running campaigns.
• Good understanding of the Saudi market and customer behavior.
• Experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads; experience with TikTok, Google, or Snapchat Ads is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated experience in improving CPA and ROAS.
• Experience in applications or electronic trading is beneficial.
• Previous success in campaigns or improving sales is preferred.
