About the Role

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Manager of Loss Prevention to oversee the protection of property assets, employees, and guests. This full-time position is based in Medina, Al-Madinah Al-Munawarah, and requires a focus on ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while adhering to operating budgets.

Key Responsibilities

The Manager of Loss Prevention will manage the daily functions of the department to ensure the safety and security of the property. This includes maintaining required logs, certifications, and documents, as well as training staff on emergency procedures and implementing accident and fire prevention measures. The role involves conducting hazard and risk assessments, developing property shutdown procedures, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and safety regulations. Key duties also encompass managing patrols, overseeing CCTV and electronic key systems, and following the Duty of Care process for guests and employees. The manager will handle unusual activities, resolve disputes, implement risk control action plans, and oversee all loss prevention operations, including emergency response and investigations. Additionally, the role involves guiding the Accident Prevention Committee, overseeing the first aid program, and managing the claims process to protect company assets.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must meet specific educational and experience requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 4 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or a related professional area.
• Alternatively, a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or a related major is required, along with 2 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or a related professional area.
