About the Role

This position is managed by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company, which handles all application processes and subsequent steps. The partner company is seeking a performance-driven Operations Manager to be based in Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on leading and optimizing online teams within a fast-paced, data-centric environment.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for building and managing high-performing online teams with a strong emphasis on accountability and results. This is a hands-on leadership position where impact is directly measured by team performance and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete lifecycle of online agents, including hiring, onboarding, performance evaluation, and exit decisions, ensuring the retention and growth of high-performing individuals.
  • Manage daily operations, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
  • Lead hiring, training, coaching, promotion, demotion, and offboarding processes for agents based on performance metrics.
  • Develop and lead a team of remote/online agents.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, provide coaching, and perform performance reviews.
  • Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and systems.
  • Utilize data, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
  • Train, coach, and develop agents to support their professional growth.
  • Partner across functions to streamline processes and enhance overall execution.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations Management or a comparable leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing online or remote agent-based teams.
  • Proven track record in hiring, training, performance management, and managing team exits.
  • A strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, operational tools, and automation systems.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • A strong sense of ownership and the capacity to make difficult performance-related decisions.
