As a Part-time Sales (Remote) Growth Business Partner, you will play a key role in introducing Flowmingo to forward-thinking companies and leaders within your professional network. Your primary objective will be to guide these organizations in modernizing their hiring practices and embracing AI-assisted selection.

Key Responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo's AI interview platform to your professional network and community.
• Educate potential clients on how Flowmingo transforms hiring processes and delivers substantial time savings.
• Act as a trusted point of contact and thought partner for users exploring and adopting the Flowmingo platform.
• Provide valuable, real-time market feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of Flowmingo's product and partner programs.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing your outreach and sales efforts independently.

Work Arrangement and Compensation

This is a part-time, remote position. Compensation is commission-only, structured as a 50-50 revenue-share model. You will earn 50% of the revenue generated by the companies you refer that adopt Flowmingo's premium features. This model offers unlimited earning potential, with earnings scaling based on usage volume and client size. Full transparency into performance and payouts is provided.
