Role Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor - Saudi National ensures optimal service delivery and guest satisfaction by overseeing staff performance and operational standards. This full-time role involves managing daily restaurant operations, maintaining quality, and supporting the team to achieve common goals. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure staff collaboration for optimum service and guest needs fulfillment.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing premises.
• Inspect storage areas for organization, FIFO adherence, and cleanliness.
• Complete scheduled inventories, stock, and requisition necessary supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service quality, safety, and guest well-being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Adhere to all company, safety, and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate professionally, develop positive working relationships, and support team goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; identify and implement improvements for efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Ability to visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire shift.
• Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to grasp, turn, and manipulate objects requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, and up and down stairs/ramps.
• Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
