We are looking for a talented and experienced Unit Head – Customer Service to oversee the daily operations of our customer service team at Rezayat Group, based in Jubail, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide the customer service team to meet service targets.
- Manage client communication and resolve escalated issues effectively.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to fulfill service commitments.
- Analyze feedback and service data to enhance processes and performance.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in customer service, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Experience in transportation or logistics is essential.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Client relationship management.
- Problem-solving and process improvement.
- Proficient in CRM and reporting tools.
