Join Rentokil Initial as a Sales Associate!
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to inspect the market and sell Rentokil Boecker® services and products. This role involves utilizing effective prospecting, relationship building, and marketing techniques to meet your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Implementing the sales strategy developed by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly targets and profitability.
Identifying potential clients and business opportunities.
Delivering professional sales presentations to potential clients.
Estimating technical requirements and pricing.
Creating targeted marketing offers for clients.
Enhancing relationships with existing clients through follow-ups and visits.
Educating clients on how to maximize the value of Rentokil Boecker® services.
Preparing detailed offers and managing contract renewals.
Documenting and reporting weekly and monthly sales activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing/B2B selling.
Proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
Strong computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office and CRM.
Attention to detail with effective decision-making skills.

- تقديم خدمة عملاء ذات مستوى عالي وذلك من خلال معاملة الزبون بطريقة مهنية وكذلك الإستماع للعميل وإعطائه الإهتمام الكافي وإتباع المباديء الخمسة لخدمة العملاء والتواصل المستمر مع العميل عن طريق الهاتف والرسائل القصيرة و البريدية و جميع الطرق المتاحة و إطلاع العميل عن كل ما هو جديد من بضائع وخدمات

- المحافظة على نظافة مكان العمل

- المحافظة على المظهر الائق و الالتزام بالزي الرسمي الكامل

- إتباع تعليمات الإدارة بخصوص قوانين العمل التي تم التعميم عليها مسبقا مثل ( التعاميم الخاصة بأوقات الدوام , الراحات,أوقات و أماكن الطعام , الدخول والخروج, زيارات العمل,الاجازات وما الى ذلك)
