This role is essential to support the Elementary and Middle School Assistant Principals in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks at our esteemed institution. We are looking for someone who is dedicated, organized, and passionate about providing administrative support to enhance the educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Assistant Principals for effective communication with stakeholders including staff, students, and parents.
- Document meeting minutes and contribute to the master schedule.
- Generate weekly reports on student attendance and discipline.
- Manage appointment calendars and coordinate event planning.
- Oversee substitute teacher coverage and manage absence communication with stakeholders.
- Collect and orient parent volunteers, and coordinate necessary documentation.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
