Job Purpose:
The Internal Sales Coordinator will support sales growth by facilitating frontline customer engagement and managing sales administration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support: Conduct initial customer outreach, prepare and send quotations, and follow up on orders and inquiries.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries about products, pricing, and documentation.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with price list updates, maintain accurate records, and support tender submissions.
  • Market Awareness: Gather customer feedback and keep the sales team informed about market trends.
  • Collaboration: Work with Sales Managers and internal teams to meet sales KPIs.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer support preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP/Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.

What Will You Do❓
- Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services.
- Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted.
- Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM.
- Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo.
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand.
- Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility.
- Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.

What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be considered.
- Confident in handling calls and making cold calls.
- Excellent customer service skills - will never take a 'NO' personality.
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to details.
- A desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
• بيع وتأجير الوحدات العقارية (السكنية والتجارية) وتحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات المحددة.
• متابعة العملاء المحتملين وتحويلهم إلى صفقات فعلية من خلال التواصل المستمر والإقناع الفعّال.
• إجراء الزيارات الميدانية وعرض العقارات بطريقة احترافية لإتمام عمليات التأجير.
• استقطاب ملاك جدد والتفاوض معهم لتوقيع عقود إدارة الأملاك مع الشركة.
• بناء وإدارة علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء والمستأجرين والملاك لتعزيز فرص البيع المتكرر.
• التنسيق مع قسم التشغيل والصيانة لضمان جاهزية الوحدات للإيجار.
• استخدام أنظمة إدارة العملاء (CRM) لمتابعة العمليات البيعية وتحديث البيانات.
• الإلمام بأنظمة الإيجار والسجل العقاري ونظام إيجار الإلكتروني.
• إبرام وتوثيق العقود عبر منصة إيجار.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:
• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المبيعات العقارية أو الوساطة العقارية.
• معرفة جيدة بسوق العقارات والإيجارات في المنطقة.
• مهارات عالية في البيع، الإقناع، والتفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات.
• القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف والعمل تحت الضغط.
• إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وأنظمة CRM والتقارير البيعية.
• معرفة بنظام إيجار وتوثيق العقود.
