What Will You Do❓
- Respond to and qualify real-time telephone and web inquiries coming from Foodics website and other communication channels regarding our company's products and services.
- Do cold calls to generate new sales opportunities and endorse to the sales team, once converted.
- Follow-up leads via phone and email to schedule meetings between prospects and Foodics sales team and insert leads into the CRM.
- Handle inquiries and overcome objections regarding Foodics with an end goal of scheduling a sales demo.
- Manage prospects with the ability to articulate value proposition, navigate objections, and foster relationships.
- Communicate in a manner that establishes Foodics as an authoritative source and gives the prospect a feel for the brand.
- Establish rapport on the phone and back it up with confident credibility.
- Work closely with the entire sales operations team to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend our reach into target accounts.
- Support marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns.

What Are We Looking For❓
- Bachelor's degree holder in Communications, English or any business course.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred, but talented individuals with a passion for SaaS sales will be considered.
- Confident in handling calls and making cold calls.
- Excellent customer service skills - will never take a 'NO' personality.
- Previous experience in a hospitality environment is a plus.
- Experience using Salesforce or any CRM systems is an advantage.
- Must be fluent in speaking in Arabic and English. Fluency in other languages is an advantage.
- Should be well organized and have exceptional attention to details.
- A desire for continuous learning, improvement, and overall career growth.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently across functional groups and on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

 يشترط ان يكون خريج موارد بشريه و لديه خبرة عمل ، يتولى مسؤول الموارد البشرية في الصالون إدارة وتطوير جميع الجوانب الإدارية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بالموظفات، حيث يعمل على تطوير السياسات والإجراءات الداخلية بما يرفع كفاءة العمل ويحسن بيئة التشغيل. كما يشرف على إعداد الرواتب والعمولات وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة، مع ضمان الالتزام ببرنامج حماية الأجور ورفع الملفات بشكل منتظم ودقيق.


ويقوم بمتابعة شؤون الموظفات الحكومية، بما في ذلك إصدار وتجديد الإقامات، والتعامل مع منصات وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية ومنصة قوى ومنصة أبشر، لضمان الامتثال الكامل لأنظمة العمل. كما يتابع متطلبات الجهات الرسمية مثل وزارة الشؤون البلدية والقروية والإسكان فيما يخص التراخيص والاشتراطات البلدية.


وتشمل مهامه كذلك الإشراف على التأمين الطبي للموظفات، وإدارة عقود شركات التأمين ومتابعة الإضافات والحذف والتجديد، بالإضافة إلى التنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لضمان استمرارية التغطية. كما يحرص على متابعة الالتزام بأنظمة التأمينات الاجتماعية ووزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، بما يضمن حماية حقوق المنشأة والموظفات.


إضافة إلى ذلك، يعمل على تحسين الأداء العام من خلال متابعة الالتزام باللوائح، وحل المشكلات الإدارية، وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة لدعم اتخاذ القرار وتحقيق الاستقرار والنمو في بيئة العمل
