The role requires effective coordination across multiple sites and laboratories while interacting with both internal teams and external governmental organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage tasks for R&D teams
• Oversee facility management and support across 2 sites and 6 laboratory buildings
• Manage housekeeping duties
• Handle mail and samples in coordination with couriers
• Coordinate logistics for testing samples at different locations
• Engage with governmental organizations for necessary product certifications
• Organize and manage internal and external events
