About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle — from CV screening to onboarding. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

Screen and evaluate CVs based on job requirements
Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Conduct structured interviews and provide evaluation feedback
Prepare and manage job offers, including salary negotiation
Manage the hiring process and onboarding coordination
Add new employees to the HR system
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience conducting interviews and managing offers
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS systems and HR software is preferred

📢 Job Objective

Prepare and send job offers and follow up on candidate acceptance.
Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs.
Support employer branding initiatives and promote a positive company image in the job market.
Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations throughout all hiring stages.
Prepare and submit periodic recruitment reports to management.
Handle international recruitment and coordinate with approved recruitment agencies when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Good knowledge of modern recruitment methods and sourcing techniques.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
