Rowad United is seeking a dynamic and driven B2B Sales Specialist to join our professional environment in Riyadh and Dammam, focusing on water systems in the construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with construction companies, real estate developers, and engineering consulting firms.
- Generate high-quality leads in the large projects sector.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact, presenting technical and financial proposals, to closing contracts and project commissioning.
- Coordinate with the technical office to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and comply with Saudi building codes.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to enhance the company's market share.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience in B2B sales within Saudi Arabia.
- A technical background or knowledge in water facilities, water treatment plants, or construction materials is preferred.
- Strong network with project managers and procurement professionals in the construction sector.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to present Rowad United's value proposition.
Benefits:
- Comprehensive salary: 7,000 - 10,000 SAR (based on experience and target audience).
- Commission system: Attractive incentives (1% on achieving 50% of target / 2% on achieving 100% of target).
- Salary includes housing and transportation costs.
