Join AMAD Hospital as a Purchase Specialist!
AMAD Hospital is seeking a dedicated Purchase Specialist to coordinate all procurement activities within our hospital and regional facilities. Your role will involve acting as a liaison between departments and suppliers to facilitate efficient purchasing processes.

Responsibilities:
1. Managerial/Administration:
- Receive, review, and process requests from various departments.
- Prepare Requests for Quotations and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues.
- Maintain documentation according to department policies.
- Conduct market surveys to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

2. Technical:
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP software.
- Handle negotiations with vendors and document all agreements.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items.

3. Quality & Safety:
- Ensure products or services comply with SFDA approvals.

4. Customer Service Standards:
- Maintain effective relationships with departments and management.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in a relevant field.
- CIPS or CSCP certifications are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement for a Bachelor’s holder or 3 years for a Higher Diploma holder.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
