What We're Looking For:
- Executive Chef experience in ultra-luxury 5-star resorts
- Proven GCC background – with an in-depth understanding of regional tastes, standards, and expectations
- Expertise in multi-property leadership or large-scale operations
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and guest satisfaction
- Ability to mentor and inspire large, multicultural teams
Key Focus Areas:
- Culinary strategy, menu development, and brand-aligned innovation
- Quality control, hygiene, and consistent 5-star presentation standards
- Budget and cost efficiency across food, staffing, and procurement
- Collaboration with hotel leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Championing sustainability, waste reduction, and local sourcing
