About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia! As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers, ensuring excellent quality and customer satisfaction. You will also maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) according to standard recipes.
Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment.
Provide excellent customer service, taking orders and addressing inquiries.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including bar area and equipment.
Handle cash transactions accurately.
Follow all health and safety guidelines.
Restock supplies as needed.
Contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume environment.
Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team.
Knowledge of food safety regulations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
