We are searching for a detail-oriented individual with a solid background in ERP and CRM systems. In this role, you will collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, document processes, and ensure that solutions align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and CRM modules.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and use cases.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to map processes and identify any gaps.
  • Support configuration and customization decisions by translating business needs into functional requirements.
  • Validate solutions during system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent).
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Documentation Specialist.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Functional knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with strong attention to detail.

- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including:
  • Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
  • Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
  • User stories and acceptance criteria
  • Process flows and customer journey maps
- Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architecture and Integration teams, Development teams, and external vendors.
- Lead workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and validation sessions.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment on scope, priorities, timelines, and dependencies.
- Support requirement validation throughout the development and delivery phases.

Required Expertise & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on complex digital platforms.
- Strong experience defining requirements for systems with multiple integrations.
- Familiarity with digital platforms and APIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and drive consensus among diverse teams.

Additional Requirements:
- Immediate availability is a must.
- Must be comfortable working onsite in Riyadh.
- Saudi Nationals are preferred.
