We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies that align with our company’s overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
- Plan and manage traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Enhance and maintain the company's brand identity.
- Manage the marketing budget and monitor return on investment (ROI).
- Conduct market research and identify marketing opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams for unified marketing messaging.
- Lead and develop the marketing team.
- Supervise digital marketing activities including Google Ads and SEO.
- Organize project launches and industry-related events.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in a Marketing Manager role.
- Preferred experience in the construction or real estate development sector.
- Strong background in digital and online marketing.
- Good knowledge of market analysis tools and advertising platforms.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical thinking skills.
