Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue for the organisation within the training sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the business development process.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales within the training sector.
• Strong understanding of the training industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
