Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations and maintain brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members.
- Handle guest inquiries and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling and inventory control.
- Coordinate with marketing for promotions and events.
- Ensure safety and comfort for visiting dogs.
- Monitor employee performance and manage shifts.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Relevant diploma in management.
- Knowledge of pet safety and behaviors.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
