Join Our Team as CEO Office Manager!
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Saudi national to join the Independent Food Company as the CEO Office Manager. Our company is dedicated to creating unique home-grown food concepts that bring people together, including SALT, Shalwa, Parker's, Kumo, Somewhere, and Public.

Role Summary:
This role goes beyond traditional PA responsibilities, focusing on driving follow-through, structure, and accountability across meetings, projects, and initiatives. You will closely collaborate with the CEO, managing daily priorities and ensuring effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the CEO's daily workflow, priorities, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure meeting actions, decisions, and deliverables are tracked and executed.
  • Coordinate project agendas, timelines, and cross-functional inputs.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for the CEO's office.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, and misalignment.
  • Maintain structure, documentation, and operational discipline.

Requirements:
  • Saudi national – Must be based in Riyadh.
  • Strong organizational and execution skills.
  • Experience in PMO, office management, operations, or similar roles.
  • Confident communicator with senior stakeholders/founders.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work at a fast pace.

Education: Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

Skills: Proficient in executive-level Microsoft Office tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.
