We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor, Security to oversee our security personnel and ensure the effective implementation of our security protocols across facilities.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor, Security to oversee our security personnel and ensure the effective implementation of our security protocols across facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Security Shift Controllers to implement an integrated security plan.
- Maintain duty shift rosters for effective security coverage.
- Monitor shift activities and investigate any security incidents or complaints.
- Ensure all security staff are trained in standard operating procedures and emergency response procedures.
- Supervise work carried out by Security Men, ensuring effective access control and surveillance.
- Conduct regular security inspections, audits, and patrols to identify potential hazards.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies, following proper protocols.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to security personnel.
- Keep detailed records of all security activities and report significant incidents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (4 years) in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of security experience in an industrial environment.
- Advanced or medium level of verbal and written communication in English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
