Purpose of Duty:
Your primary role will be to create a welcoming first impression for our guests, ensuring that they receive excellent service throughout their visit. You will be responsible for greeting guests, escorting them to their tables, and assisting them with their requests in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet incoming and departing guests with a genuine smile.
• Escort guests to their assigned dining area and present menus.
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding their needs and preferences.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively as part of a team.

• 23 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.

• Knowledge of reservation software and guest service experience is a plus.
• Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy with strong interpersonal skills.
