About J&T Express Middle East and the Role

J&T Express Middle East is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving business growth within the dynamic logistics sector. The role is integral to expanding our market presence and achieving sales objectives in the region.

Role Overview

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the e-commerce, B2B, and express logistics sectors across Saudi Arabia. This position requires building and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and consistently meeting sales targets to position J&T Express as a leading logistics partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within the e-commerce, B2B, and express logistics sectors in KSA.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and key accounts.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to strategically position J&T Express as the logistics partner of choice.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales and volume targets.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2–4 years of solid sales experience specifically within the Courier, Express, or Logistics industry in KSA is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market, its e-commerce ecosystem, and regional client needs.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred for effective communication.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
• Possession of a valid KSA driving license.
• A transferable Iqama is required for this position.
