Role Summary

Mobtakeron Realty is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position primarily responsible for driving property sales and providing comprehensive support to clients throughout the entire sales process. The role is suitable for individuals with 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective clients and generate new sales leads.
  • Conduct property presentations and facilitate site visits for potential buyers.
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information on project features, pricing, and availability.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Prepare proposals and participate in contract negotiations to finalize sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align sales activities with company objectives.
  • Update and maintain accurate records within CRM systems.
  • Support training initiatives aimed at improving overall sales performance and enhancing customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 0-1 years of professional experience.
  • Relevant experience in real estate sales or property development is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively on-site in Riyadh.
