About the Role

AMNCO is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth by promoting its services and solutions.

The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding AMNCO's market presence by actively pursuing potential clients and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable services and solutions.
  • Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of deals.
  • Conduct market research and monitor competitors and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-1 years of previous experience in sales, business development, or a related role.

Essential Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Results-driven with strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Good command of both Arabic and English languages.

Advantageous Experience

  • Experience in B2B services, security services, facility management, or related industries.
