Join Our Team as a Human Resources Specialist at Plant.Digital!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused HR Specialist to enhance our human resources operations. In this vital role, you will assist in various key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and performance support. Your contributions will ensure a positive employee experience while aligning HR practices with our business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer employee benefits, manage leave, and provide payroll support.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with employee relations issues, providing guidance aligned with company policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth employee experience.
  • Assist in compensation and benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Handle HR inquiries from employees and managers promptly and professionally.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and company culture.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in the HR field.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

المتطلبات:
  • خريج جديد بدرجة بكاليوس أو دبلوم في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات قوية.
  • مهارات تواصل واضحة باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.

نحن نبحث عن أخصائي أول في الموارد البشرية ذو خبرة ودقة لإدارة والإشراف على العمليات اليومية للموارد البشرية في Cyberani. هذه هي وظيفة رئيسية داخل مؤسستنا وستلعب دورًا حاسمًا في دعم موظفينا وضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.

المسؤوليات:
  • التوظيف والإخراج: إدارة عمليات التوظيف والإخراج من البداية إلى النهاية، وضمان انتقال سلس للموظفين الجدد والعاملين المغادرين، وإجراء جلسات التوجيه والمقابلات النهائية.
  • دعم التوظيف: المساعدة في البحث، والفحص، وتنسيق المقابلات مع المرشحين، والحفاظ على سجلات التوظيف.
  • الرواتب والإجازات: دعم معالجة الرواتب الشهرية بما في ذلك الساعات الإضافية، والمكافآت، والخصومات مع تتبع حضور الموظفين.

  • العقود والوثائق: صياغة وصيانة عقود الموظفين وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية.
  • علاقات حكومية: العمل مع البوابات الحكومية (GOSI، مقيم، قوى) لضمان توافق جميع الوثائق الخاصة بالموظفين.
  • نهاية الخدمة: حساب مزايا نهاية الخدمة ومعالجة التسويات النهائية وفقًا لقانون العمل السعودي.
  • التأمين الطبي: تنسيق تسجيل التأمين الطبي والمطالبات، والتواصل مع مقدمي الخدمات لحل المشكلات.
  • الامتثال والتقارير: مواءمة عمليات الموارد البشرية مع قانون العمل السعودي وإعداد تقارير منتظمة حول مقاييس الموارد البشرية.

المؤهلات:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في عمليات الموارد البشرية.
  • فهم قوي لقانون العمل السعودي وأفضل الممارسات في الموارد البشرية.
  • إجادة استخدام المنصات الحكومية (GOSI، قوى، مقيم).
  • مهارات قوية في التواصل، والعلاقات الشخصية، والتنظيم.
  • إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية؛ والخبرة مع أنظمة إدارة الموارد البشرية ميزة إضافية.
  • شهادات CIPD وSHRM تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
