We are seeking a dedicated Executive Secretary to provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager. In this role, you will execute tasks and requests with professionalism and discretion, and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the General Manager’s diary, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Handle telephone calls, correspondence, and emails with tact and efficiency.
  • Take minutes at Executive Committee Meetings and manage follow-ups.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and respond to special requests or complaints.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage detailed travel documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold the organization’s professional image.
Qualifications:
We require candidates with a diploma education and a minimum of 5 years of secretarial experience, including 2 years in a senior management environment. Proficiency in English and knowledge of MS Office applications are essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset are key competencies for success in this position.
