About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Florist to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Complete day-to-day activities following departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to guests.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental procedures and controls.
• Maintain sufficient florist supplies to fulfill orders, ensuring availability of items such as ribbons, wires, and wrapping paper.
• Assist Food & Beverage colleagues in preparing special events with appropriate decorations.
• Set up flower and greenery displays according to specific locations and maintain them for cleanliness.
• Prepare daily in-house flower request reports to control costs and ensure availability of flowers.

About You
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a High School Diploma and have 2-3 years of experience in floral designs within a luxury environment. Creativity, strong attention to detail, and intermediate software competencies are essential.
