- Treat guests with courtesy and respect at all times.
- Check-in guests and manage check-out procedures effectively.
- Maintain accurate hotel member data.
- Follow health and safety guidelines diligently.
- Handle guest requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with hotel services and events.
- Assist with telephone inquiries and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
