Role Overview:
As a Sales Specialist, you will serve as the representative of Emad Bakeries in the market. Your primary objective is to drive revenue, expand our client base, and position our products as the preferred choice for hotels, restaurants, and supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Sales: Meet and surpass monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Field Visits: Conduct regular on-site visits to current and potential clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Reporting: Provide detailed feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Strictly for Saudi Nationals.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Food, or Catering sectors.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Mobility: Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for fieldwork.
- Communication: Excellent proficiency in Arabic; English language skills are a strong plus.
