Almaskan Alwafi Group is seeking a highly organized and strategic Procurement Specialist to oversee procurement operations across multiple subsidiaries. With a focus on cost efficiency and strategic sourcing, this role is vital for supporting our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms.
  • Oversee the complete purchasing cycle from requisition to delivery and payment.
  • Implement and manage procurement systems, policies, and documentation standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor supplier performance and analyze purchasing reports and KPIs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in construction or real estate).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office.

نبحث عن أخصائي مشتريات سعودي الجنسية يتمتع بخبرة في إدارة عمليات الشراء في قطاع المقاولات، ولديه القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع الموردين وضمان تنفيذ المشتريات بكفاءة عالية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
  • تنفيذ عمليات الشراء للمشاريع والاحتياجات التشغيلية وفق السياسات المعتمدة.
  • البحث عن الموردين والحصول على عروض الأسعار وتحليلها واختيار الأنسب.
  • التفاوض مع الموردين لضمان أفضل الشروط من حيث السعر والجودة ووقت التسليم.
  • إصدار أوامر الشراء ومتابعة التوريد حتى التسليم النهائي.
  • تنسيق عمليات الشراء مع الإدارات المختلفة لضمان تطابق المواصفات والاحتياجات.
  • تحديث قاعدة بيانات الموردين وتقييم أدائهم بشكل دوري.
  • إعداد التقارير الدورية عن المشتريات والتكاليف.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:
  • سعودي الجنسية.
  • درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، إدارة سلسلة التوريد، المحاسبة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المشتريات، ويفضل في قطاع المقاولات.
  • مهارات قوية في التفاوض والتحليل واتخاذ القرار.
  • إلمام بأنظمة المشتريات وأنظمة ERP.
  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وضمن فرق متعددة التخصصات.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.

Join Hilton as a Purchasing Officer!
The Purchasing Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the negotiation of contracts, purchasing necessary goods, and maintaining accurate records related to transactions and vendor performance. As a key part of the team, you will ensure that Hilton's standards and policies are upheld in all purchasing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements, ensuring the best products are sourced and purchased.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on locally nominated suppliers and manage the database of active local contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with quality procedures and maintain the Purchasing Manual.
  • Oversee purchasing administration and maintain a record of commitments for all budgets.
  • Prepare month-end account reports accurately and on time.
  • Monitor all areas of purchasing including contracts, leases, and nominations.
  • Execute tasks as instructed by Hotel Management.

What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate should possess strong financial knowledge, computer literacy (especially with MS Excel), and excellent time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the hotel/leisure sector or a similar purchasing role.
  • A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
