Join Our Team as a Lead Business System Analyst
We are seeking a Lead Business System Analyst to join our Downstream Digital Transformation Division at ICM People do Brasil, located in the Makkah Region, Saudi Arabia. This is a permanent, full-time role for individuals willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to detail all business requirements for downstream digital solutions. You will actively participate in the solutions design stages, contributing to ideation, design sprints, and user interviews. Your expertise will help us synthesize information and end-user requirements to define features and software functionalities. Additionally, you will assist in project management for digital projects.

- Identify and document business requirements for downstream digital solutions.
- Participate in solution ideation, design sprints, and user interviews to gather and synthesize information.
- Benchmark industry best-practices and existing solutions in the market.
- Assist the product owner in detailing features and user stories of digital solutions.
- Translate end-user requirements into features and software functionalities.
- Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Downstream, with at least 10 years in digital solutions development.
