Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders.
- Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor sales team performance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress and challenges.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Handle key client accounts and complex negotiations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3 - 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales.
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English.
